      Recruitment of guards  working on shift or office hours






Appearance: - Male: 1.65m in height, 57 kilos in weight - Female: 1.58m in height, 48 kilos in weight. Age of 20 to 38. No defects

Preferred and reduced training time to candidates: Soldiers or police officers from demobilization, firefighters, candidates who have been trained security professional knowledge or experienced, know foreign languages, martial art.

Benefits and policies:

• Being free training and certificated: Fire fighting and prevention, first aid, communication skills, professional security knowledge, martial arts, ect.
• Monthly income: from VND 1,800,000 to VND 3,400,000 - Working hour: 8 hours/day, 26 days/month. In case of extra time: 150% in normal days; 200% on Sundays and 300% on Tet, holidays.
• Period of probation: one (01) month with 70% of official salary
• Allowance: VND 50,000 to VND 200,000 - foreign languages, VND 100,000 to VND 250,000 - the sites far from HCMC; VND 300,000 - cash transportation protection); VND 500,000 (alarm respond team).
• Benefits are full such as social insurance, health insurance, accident insurance, professional liability insurance. VND 700,000/person if support from the hospital within 03 days or more, the family inmouring (from relative parents, husband or wife, children) with VND 500,000/case. The guards who work in the provinces shall be equipped with uniform and arranged accommodation.
• Bonus on New Year occasion (Jan 1st) and Lunar Year (13th month salary). Bonus commentary and competition for individuals awarded emulation (from VND 2,000,000 to 10,000,000).
• Salary raise, vacation in the country and abroad are annually considered. Got VND 1,000,000 for who can not attend the vacation.
• In addition, there are Communist Party, labour Union, Youth Union make sure working and life purpose of labor people.

Regulation: pay a 750,000-VND deposit to the company when working (only got refund if leave or after five years of work).
